Applications & other info

Current Team fee is $325.00 and is due to be paid no later than the 2nd Team meeting. Pilgrims pay $100.00 and send this non-refundable fee along with their application. The application and fee is good for three consecutive opportunities to attend a Walk.

Sponsor fee is $225.00 and must be paid no later than two weeks prior to the beginning date of the Walk. The Pre-Weekend Coordinator will send a notice with the date and address to mail the check.

It is extremely important to submit applications in a timely manner. Teams are to be formed eight (8) weeks prior to the beginning of a Walk. Six (6) weeks out, if the Pre- Weekend Coordinator does not have in hand enough applications to fill job positions, the

Board has to make a hard decision to postpone the Walk.
